MorphOS: Software-Sammlung Chrysalis 3.9.2
Yannick 'Papiosaur' Buchys Chrysalis, eine vorkonfigurierte Sammlung von Programmen, Spielen und Emulatoren (PDF-Beschreibung), liegt nun in der Version 3.9.2 für MorphOS 3.9 vor. Vorausgesetzt wird eine unveränderte Grundinstallation des Betriebssystems.

Emulator: iUAE 1.1 für iOS
Nach knapp zwei Jahren hat die Implementation des Amiga-Emulators UAE für Apples iOS-Geräte ein Update erfahren. iUAE ist wie gehabt über die alternative Installationsquelle Cydia verfügbar, Besitzer eines Mac-OS-X-Rechners können das Programm jedoch auch ohne Jailbreak per Sideload auf ihrem iPhone, iPad oder iPod Touch installieren, indem sie den Quellkode selbst kompilieren.
New features:
- Support for Multiple Configurations
- Completely Redesigned OnScreen Joypad (Supports Up To Four Programmable Buttons now)
- Map Amiga Keyboard Buttons to Physical Joypad or Onscreen Joypad
- New GUI

AROS-Distribution: Icaros Desktop 2.1
In der Version 2.1 von Paolo Bessers AROS-Distribution Icaros Desktop wurden zahlreiche Fehler behoben und Ergänzungen vorgenommen - so ist beispielsweise eine neue Version des Web-Browsers Odyssey enthalten, die HTML-5-Videos unterstützt.
Auch wurden Treiber für NTFS-3G- und exFAT-Partitionen ergänzt. Zudem kann (allerdings bloß lesend) auf Google-Drive-Konten zugegriffen werden, wobei Icaros Desktop ein in Lua verfasstes Preferences-Programm beisteuert, um die Konfiguration zu erleichtern (Screenshot).
