MorphOS: Blender 2.4.2a, neue Python-Version
Guillaume "Yomgui" Roguez stellt eine neue Version des 3D-Pakets Blender zur Verfügung, die jetzt auch "Nodes" unterstützt. Die Game-Engine ist in dieser Version vorübergehend deaktiviert.
Eine neue Version der Programmiersprache Python steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung, einige Unstimmigkeiten im Zusammenspiel mit Blender wurden beseitigt.

Workbench-Ersatz: Scalos 41.4
Der Workbench-Ersatz Scalos wurde in der Betaversion 41.4 für AmigaOS 3.x und MorphOS veröffentlicht.
Zu den Neuerungen zählen unter anderem weitere Parameteroptionen für Menü-CLI-Befehle, ein zusätzlicher, schnellerer Thumbnail-Plugin für JPEG-Bilder sowie sofortige Fensteraktualisierung bei Piktogramm-Bewegungen. (snx)

MorphOS: Suchprogramm SearchStar 0.73i
Im der neuesten Version von Tom 'Amigaharry' Duins Suchprogramm SearchStar wurde ein Fehler beseitigt: Es liest jetzt auch schreibgeschützte Dateien, was u.a. das Durchsuchen von CDs ermöglicht.

AmigaOS 4: Synergy-Client AmiSynergyc 2.0
Douglas McLaughlins Synergy-Client für AmigaOS 4 hat ein Update auf Version 2.0 erfahren. Mittels Synergy lassen sich eine Tastatur und eine Maus für mehrere Rechner eines Netzwerks verwenden (jedoch benötigt jeder Rechner einen eigenen Monitor).
Changes for version 2.0:
- Almost completely re-written
- Upgraded to use the current synergy protocol, v1.3
- All mouse and keyboard OS operations now work properly
- Now a commodity
- No need for a reset handler, the server can now detect when a client drops offline
- Mouse pointer blanking is much more system friendly now. No longer loses the pointer image if you switch back to the Amiga mouse when the synergy mouse is offscreen
