Filesharing: AmiGift 2.0
Amigift is a P2P-filesharing system which is based on a giFT-daemon (Gnutella, FastTrack, OpenFT) and includes a MUI-based graphical user-interface called "GiftMUI" (screenshot). AmigaOS 4: 8-Bit-Emulator Atari++ 1.56
The emulator Atari++ emulates Atari's 8-Bit-home computer as well as the game console Atari 5200. The AmigaOS-4-version was ported by Ventzislav 'drHirudo' Tzvetkov and supports AmigaInput.

Instant Messaging: AmiMSN adjusted to AmigaOS 4 (beta)
AmiMSN is a console based Instant Messenger-client for the MSN-Network written in ARexx. The author has published a version which was adjusted to AmigaOS 4 and offers almost all features of the original version.

Metacompiler: PortablE r4
Christopher Handley's Metacompiler PortablE translates the programming language E into different ones. Through this extensive E-programs are supposed to be changes in this way that they can be compiled to a wider range of platforms.
With version r4 additional to AmigaOS, AmigaOS 4, AROS and MorphOS now Windows is supported as well.

AISS ToolBar Creator 0.2
The MUI-based AISSTBC ("AISS Toolbar Creator") is supposed to help developers creating button bars: With drag'n drop whole button bars can be configured and saved from AISS-pictures. In version 0.2 a bug was fixed which caused a crash if pictures were loaded.

MorphOS: Reggae-Updates multimedia.class 52.13 and zxscreen.decoder 51.2
Grzegorz 'Krashan' Kraszewski has published two updates for his multimedia library Reggae:
multimedia.class 52.13
- Added two helper methods for class implementors: MMM_PrePull() and MMM_PostPull(). Using them in a class saves about a kilobyte of code :-)
- Added a separete memory lict semaphore, so one can use Reggae memory allocation functions inside MMM_Setup(). One of new incoming classes needs it.
zxscreen.decoder 51.2
- The first class to use PrePull()/PostPull() helpers
- Because of this added multimedia.class 52.13+ check at initialization
- Binary is shorter. ;-)

MorphOS: Log-Analyzer logtool 2.6
Jacek Piszczek has published an update of his log-analyzer logtool (screenshot). Changes in version 2.6:
- Changes in log filtering. Please note that the filter prefs changed and you might need to recreate your filters.
- Support for firewire logs with OHCI1394Mon by Frank Mariak
logtool requires at least versions 50.70 of the MUI-class Powerterm.mcc which is part of the MUICON-package.

MUI-class: TheBar.mcc 26.3
The MUI-class TheBar.mcc is available for AmigaOS, AmigaOS 4, MorphOS and now for AROS in version 26.3 as well. With it you can create switch panels. You can make suggestions how this class should be developed further.

Amiga Future: 15 new full versions online / Support wanted
Press release The download area of the Amiga Future homepage has been updated again. There are new full versions online. New downloads are highlighted in the download database. Additionally there is an overview of new downloads at the lower border of the download page. Furthermore there have been updates to the descriptions and screenshots of some downloads.
The Amiga Future is a non-profit project. That's why the Amiga Future homepage has to completely manage itself in terms of financing. The about 8 GB containing homepage is entirely paid by advertising, donations and our own private money. Especially the development of new expansions, databases and features is really expensive. That's why we ask you to support us by donating money. It allows us to make the homepage more user friendly and comprehensive.
