Flash: GUI for SWF encoder
Today I have finally finished my GUI for the SWF encoder of the "SWF-Tools". With this encoder you can convert JPEG, PNG or WAV files into Shockwave-Flash files. These are the famous animations on some homepages. This encoder I have already tested and it runs very great on my Amithlon computer and my Amiga 68040. To make people not questioning my programming capabilities I have uploaded a small SWF file to my homepage that I have encoded today with my Amiga. It runs demonstrably with Voyager and with the stand-alone "SWF-Player" from Aminet.

The SWF tools kindly had been ported to the Amiga by Rainer Böhme and Matthias Kramm as there have been ports for Linux, Windows, MacIntosh and Sun for already quite some time. This program "Swf-Encoder" by me handles right now the single frame and the animation encoding. But I have to say that the handling of the animations is not very easy. Furthermore the encoder offers the possibility to convert MPEG compressed files with WAV header into SWF files.

Here a test file of the Amiga "Swf-Encoder": http://home.t-online.de/home/Carsten Siegner2/Testanimation.swf
The LZX package contains the according images that I have used. So nobody can doubt this :)) (cd) (Translation: wk)
