AmigaOS 4: Instant Messenger SabreMSN, alpha 6 James "jahc" Carroll has published another alpha version of his Instant Messenger for the MSN-network (screenshots: 1, 2). In this version the preferences menu was added. Additionally the "Connection"-status as well as a dialogue window were added where the user can set several options if he was added to the contact list by another MSN user. Now you can also rename the persons in your contact list. Finally several bugs were fixed. LCD Monitor Test 1.0 Ilkka Lehtoranta has published a test program for LCD-monitors for AmigaOS 3.x and MorphOS. CyberGraphX 3.0 and MUI 3.3 are at least required. It should be also possible to fix "frozen" pixels but it could not be tested by the author himself. You can read about the different monitor tests in the readme file. ACube: New Minimig core files Press release: Bassano del Grappa (Italy) 27 April 2008: ACube Systems is happy to announce the immediate availability of a new Minimig core and PIC firmware. This update allows all Minimig owners to use new ROMS. Amiga Forever encrypted ROMs are now fully supported and 256KB ROMs ( like in ? ? ? ) can be used too.
