Preview: Minimig box with A1000-design With the PC Thomas 'Tommes' Koch has drawn a box for the Minimig sold by ACube which is inspired by the design of the Amiga 1000. He has designed several variations. He will have the one produced in serial production which is shown here.
Currently different possibilities are being discussed, e.g. the 3D-print or financing series with 150 boxes which would mean a price of 150 Euro for one unit. Workbench replacement: X-bEnCH 0.81 (beta) X-bEnCH is a graphical user-interface with up to 128 colours which replaces the Workbench for starting WHDLoad-games (.slave, .exe) and and uses low computer resources. According to the developer the programm works on all Amigas (OCS to AGA) with 68000 to 68060 processors and uses little virtual memory. Changes in this release:
