AUG99: Present your Computers Matthias Münch writes: We've started a new project and we would like to create a small gallery of your Amiga computers. Since there's already a very nice gallery of your Workbench available NoRiscNoFun-Team, we would like to see the matching computers. So just take a few pictures of your amiga and send us the nicest one either directly via email or just use the form. (sd) (Translation: sr) [News message: 20. Amiga Arena: Interview with Helmut Hoffmann (PhotoAlbum/Cybershow) Amiga Arena - interview special Amiga Arena spoke with the programmer Helmut Hoffmann about the development of PhotoAlbum/CyberShow as well as the current situation. You'll find the interview at the title link.
In December 2001, a new update of "PhotoAlbum/CyberShow"
was released almost on the same day as the last version from 1999.
Olaf Köbnik: "For me personally, this was a little sensation, because after
the server "AmigaWorld" was offline you didn't hear much about PhotoAlbum/CyberShow.
With "PhotoAlbum" there still exists one of the very few shareware programs today
which is not only equal but also superior to similar commercial programs. Personally,
I can only recommend "PhotoAlbum" and hope that Helmut Hoffmann will continue to
add new features!"

GFX-BASE: Interview with Thierry Pierron At the GFX-BASE you can read an interview with Thierry Pierron who recently took over the development of the excellent freeware editor 'JanoEd' and put a new version on Aminet. In the interview he answers the usual questions of the GFX-BASE team and speaks about his future software projects. Among them are a complete rewrite of the text display of Workbench drawers, a search tool and a replacement for the Execute function. Of special interest are the planned features for JanoEd which sound very promising. You'll find the interview at the title link. Also, the vote on the main page will soon be closed, which asks you whether you are using a Workbench replacement and if yes which one. Enjoy! (ps) (Translation: rh) [News message: 18.
