Systems like Mac OS X or Linux, for example, as well as generally all other systems apart from the mainstream Microsoft Windows, fall among these. The background of this decision is the ever-stagnating number of Amiga users in the Hamburg area as well as the ever-waning number of members who show up at the regular meeting on Monday. At the Monday meetings, the ACH offers its members the chance to set up a computer, surf on the Internet with high-speed DSL, and to talk shop with like-minded people in a rented room.
