`25.Mar.2012` PPA (Webseite)	ACube Systems: Software package for programming the Sam440ep-FPGA Press release: Bassano del Grappa (Italy) - 24 March 2012 ACube Systems is happy to release a package to explore and enhance the capabilities of the LatticeXP FPGA available on the Sam440ep mini-itx and flex-atx boards. With the manual, examples and tools of the package it's possible to implement new functionalities into the FPGA, to further strengthen your AmigaOS experience on your Sam440ep board. `21.Mar.2012`	Commodore USA announced "Commodore Amiga Mini" (update) In a press release licensee Commodore USA has announced the "Commodore Amiga Mini". The computer will be delivered in a silver or black Mini-ITX case made from Aluminium - it is a HTPC-ITX2 made by Wesena. The AMIGA mini's appearance is enhanced with the inclusion of the classic embedded AMIGA logo engraved in the front. The pictures presented on the website still are Photoshop manipulations and no real ones. Detailed specifications of the computer: Case: Mini-ITX Processor: Intel i7-2700k 3.5 Ghz Quad-Core (3.9Ghz Turboboost) Chipset: Intel Z68 Express Memory: 16Gb RAM DDR3 1333MHz Harddrive: 1 TB SATA or (optional) 300 GB SSD NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 430 GPU with 1GB DDR3 10/100/1000 Ethernet und 802.11n (300 Mb/s) WiFi 1 x PCI Express x4 (open-end), 1 x Mini PCI Express 2 fans (40x40x10mm) Optical drive: Slot-Load Blu-Ray 2 ports for Dual-link DVI, 1 x DisplayPort, 1 x HDMI, Audio Input, Audio Output IR-remote control The delivery time will be four up to six weeks. The price for a complete system is supposed to be 2500 USD. The Commodore VIC Mini which also is a complete system with less power can be bought for 1000 USD. Update: (23.03.2012) Commodore USA chief Barry Altman has announced that "due to an overwhelming outpouring of customer comments, along with those posted on the major tech blogs, the company has listened to the thousands of requests for both lower prices and more choices, and responded today with prices and options that most respondents indicated was in line with other current offerings." `20.Mar.2012` Andreas Falkenhahn (ANF)	XML-Parser-Plugin for Hollywood Press release: A new plugin for Hollywood has been released today: The XML Parser plugin allows Hollywood scripts to parse XML files easily and efficiently. This finally allows Hollywood users to make use of this extremely flexible universal markup language that can be used for so many purposes. The plugin needs to be installed into LIBS:Hollywood but the included installer will take care of that automatically. Once the plugin has been installed successfully, a new user library should show up in the plugin.api tab in the Hollywood GUI. This plugin is based on libexpat and luaexpat. You can download the plugin from the official Hollywood portal under the title link. Thanks to Hollywood 5.0's cross-platform plugin system versions for AmigaOS3 (Classic), AmigaOS3 (FPU), AmigaOS4, MorphOS, WarpOS, AROS (Intel), Linux (PowerPC), Linux (Intel), Mac OS (PowerPC), Mac OS (Intel) and Windows are provided.
