Cubic IDE: Who find the "Easter Eggs" wins a fullversion
The actual demovision of the developerebvironment Cubic IDE includes three
so called "Easter Eggs".
Who find all three and reported this via the headerlink first-ever to the
author, wins a Fullvision of Cubic IDE
All Ester Eggs are placed into the GUI, as TExt, Picture or as function
which will be started be clicking a object.
They are not hidden behind peculiar keyboard shortcuts, all will be find
during a regulary usement.
Beside is a "full" or "typical" installation required, with a minimal
installation not all Easter Eggs are accessable.

AmigaOS 4: Update of RDesktop-Clienten
The Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) allows the access of applications
across the network, which are executed on a Windows Terminal Server
For AmigaOS 4 was a new Version of the clienten released, which
includes following changes:
- All reported issues with the GUI have been fixed. We had reports of
crashing from users - everything should be fine now.
- A few other bugs and fixes on the GUI, too. The binary is the same as
the previous release.
The client requires the Prerelease-Update 4. The Projektmanager payed
the Authores for the work, so all user of the RDP-client are invoked to
support the development with a donation. At this moment are 130 EUR collected
and will be paid to the authors.

Puzzle: Sudoku 1.3
Michael Lanser released version 1.3 of his Amiga version of the numbers riddle Sudoku. Required are AmigaOS 3.1 and a graphics card, the program is available in German and English.
New:
- higher difficulty level
- HTML guide with ten pages of tips to solve the riddles
- Background music a sound effects
- Problems removed when running on WinUAE
- Several smaller bug fixings
In the Japanese numbers puzzle Sudoku is a square divided into 3×3 subsquares with each of them being divided into 3×3 squares, too. Some of these 81 fields already contain a number from 1 to 9. To complete the puzzle the numbers from 1 to 9 may only appear once in each row, each column and each of the nine subsquares.

Linux: DTP-program PageStream available as PowerPC-version
According to DesktopLinux.com
the Desktop-Publishing-Program PageStream is available for AmigaOS,
AmigaOS 4, MorphOS, Windows, Mac OS X and Linux/x86 and now as well as
Linux/PPC.
The PowerPC version was developed within few months while the
Linux/GTK version exists for almost three years.

MorphOS: DigiFilter 2.1 (Update)
Grzegorz 'Krashan' Kraszewski has published version 2.1 of DigiFilter which is
a tool for digital
FIR-filter.
DigiFilter is only available over the packet manager MorphUp (amiga-news.de reported)
and requires the Stream-Media-Library Regga which is available over the same
MorphUp-Index.

Sigbjørn "CISC" Skjæret has ported a newer version of the SVG-tools to MorphOS.
The SVG-tools convert Scalable Vector Graphics to PDF- Postscript- or PNG-format.
