AmigaOS 4: Tabellenkalkulation ignitionOS4 1.10, Update des OpenDocument-Plugins
Achim Pankalla releases ignition 1.10: the eighth update of the spreadsheet. He is responsible since he took over the maintenance of the package in 2014. In this version, some "small issues" have been fixed or added, among other things. All cell attributes are now properly saved and it is possible to print directly to a PDF file.

The changes in detail:
  • Error when saving attributes fixed
  • English and German Catalog now contains many keyboard shortcuts
  • Requester can now also handle keyboard shortcuts
  • Error in print routine corrected
  • PDF printing now possible via special print unit
  • Possible grimreaper at splash-screen fixed
  • British English no longer leads to language configuration hint
  • New function mode
  • Other small adjustments/corrections
Also the ods-addon was reworked to support the new functions. The addon allows loading and saving tables in OpenDocument format, which is used in LibreOffice/OpenOffice Calc among others. AmigaOS 4: Image viewer Videntium Picta 2.4
Juan Carlos 'Templario' Herran Martin has released version 2.4 of his Hollywood application "Videntium Picta". Additional to diverse standard image formats like jpg, png, gif, lbm, bmp, tiff and pcx, the programm also can play animations like anim, ham6, ham8, movisetter, yafam, gif and apng.

Furthermore Videntium Picta offers simple image editing functions like mirroring, rotating or changing the size and can take screenshots.

In view of the fact that recently version 9 of Hollywood has been released, Juan Carlos asks his users to donate some money for purchasing the coresponding upgrade. Mainly he wants to find out if there is suffcient demand and desire for a further development of his applications. Lubricator 0.85: Receiving disk images via HTTP and writing them on disk
'Lubricator' (Screenshot) written by Timm 'bifat' Mueller loads disk images from the World Wide Web and writes them on an Amiga disk using an Amiga with only 1 MB RAM and without harddrive. New in version 0.85:
  • Supports downloads via https and ftp
  • All downloads as well as extracting ADF, DMS, LHA, ZIP and Amiga Executables should now work
  • The DMS extract programm was integrated into the tool, is faster and requires less memory. The external xdms programm and the Pipe-handler are no longer required for extracting DMS
