C64 as WWW server Is there anybody who did not formerly have a C64 as a computer and does not remember with some melancholy the time where you knew the meaning of each bit and byte and could create wonderful things with some magic 20 or 30 written basic lines? Actually the C64 is past because it is much too small and too weak for the high demands of the Internet-epoch. Nevertheless some C64 still run on Internet. Here is the address of a WWW-server (title link) which works with a C64. The only extension being added is an interface card with unbelievelable 38400 bps data transfer rate.
The source code is free available and it is a good inspiration for anybody who has to implement an IP-stack on a 8- oder 16 bit computer.
