Thema: How do I tweak the Amiga Menu Bar?
Brett: Programmierung Zitat: Ah good,:) thanx. Some Issues: - why should 'OL' work too. what does OL mean. - Could you please explain what each line means. what are those arguments for (0,5,1000,5, RastPort, &Myscreen) - What Library or package do Move() and Draw() belong to! Do you know any tutorial, source in C that illustrate those functions. Thanks SimoAmi |

Thema: How do I tweak the Amiga Menu Bar?
Brett: Programmierung I would like to know how to draw over the top white bar and steal its fonctions. Let's say to make another improved version. An example of applications that does that is Magic Menu. When you right click on the top of the bar, it shows a raised and shadowed menu. Do u have any clue on how to do that in C/C++ Thanx SimoAmi |

Thema: Question for developers :)
Brett: Programmierung Hi, I am actually gathering technical information before starting a development project on Amiga. In fact I am building a plugIn system and would like to know how do I make the plugins communicate with the system when they run separately? is there any development package on Aminet that allow me to send a message (or object) to another application and receive a response in the form of a variable (or object). Is there any kind of Remote Method Invocation on the Amiga ? Platform: classic Amiga and later AmigaOne. I would use C/C++ or maybe AmigaE (will have to learn this one) N.B: please reply in english Thank you, SimoAmi |
