WAV-zu-8SVX-Konverter: AmigaAudioConverter 0.63 für Windows (2. Update)
Nach seinem kleinen Grafikerkonverter png2iff (amiga-news.de berichtete) hat Dan 'zooperdan' Thoresen mit "AmigaAudioConverter" einen weiteren Konvertert (für Windows) veröffentlicht, mit dem man WAV-Audiodateien in 8SVX umwandeln kann.

Version 0.62 bietet folgende Verbesserungen:
- Added function for adjusting sample volume.
- The program now keep track of source directory and destination directory separately.
- Added Start and End markers for a selection.
- Added playhead indicator when playing the sample or a selection.
- Added a frequenzy presets for 16000 Hz and 28867 Hz.
- Added keyboard shortcut (P) for previewing the sample or selection.
- Renamed the menu item "Open Audio File" to "Open WAV".
- Some small UI layout changes.
2. Update: (27.02.26, 05:40, dr)
Version 0.63 bietet folgende Verbesserungen:
- Fixed a bug when trying to reload the sound using menu or Ctrl+R.
- Added support for looping.
- Changed so that Normalize, Adjust Volume, High Pass Filter and Low Pass Filter also works on a selection.
- Pressing P while a sample is playing will stop it.
- Preview is now playing the inverse of the octave pitching. This is useful so you can hear how it actually will sound when you play the sample with adjusted period on Amiga.
