Programming competition: Rankings of the Amiga 40 Tools Jam
To mark the 40th anniversary of the Amiga, the Amiga 40 Tool Jam was announced in May: a programming competition for small tools related to the Amiga. The deadline for entries was 25 October, and the votes of the 55 Amiga fans who took part in the poll have now been counted.
The winner was IFFChunkTool, a command line programme for manipulating IFF chunks. It was followed by the e-mail client AMail and WBShortcutMaker. An overview of all the tools submitted and their rankings can be found in the official list. (cg)
