Open-Source replacement for Amiga CD filesystem: ODFileSystem
Stefan Reinauer has written a modern open-source replacement for the Amiga CD filesystem, with support for ISO 9660, Rock Ridge, Joliet, UDF, HFS, HFS+ and virtual CDDA audio tracks. As he tells us, he is currently in the process of finalising some A4092 files (amiga-news.de reported) and, as part of this, revising the driver. Until now, the CDVDFS has been used, which is said to be a port from AROS back to AmigaOS. However, this lacks support for both UDF and HFS+.
Stefan Reinauer developed the driver using AmiFuse (amiga-news.de reported). A binary release (v 1.0) is planned, but further testing is still required. (dr)
