THEA1200: Launch postponed to December 4
Retro Games Ltd has announced that the THEA1200 has been delayed. CTO Chris Smith cites global chip shortages and increased production costs as the reasons. The hardware itself is complete, but the operating system is not yet up to the standard the company envisages for the device. The new launch date is scheduled for Friday, 4 December 2026. A Q&A regarding pre-orders and further details is expected to follow shortly. (nba)
