Programming language: AmiBlitz pre-release 3.12.0
Sven 'honitos' Dröge has released further updates to his BlitzBasic successor, "AmiBlitz". With version 3.12.0, he has begun consolidating the Blitzlibs: there were several Blitzlibs that performed the same tasks using different commands, e.g. file request operations or Chunky2Planar functions. He has also renamed several Blitzlibs to distinguish converted OS libraries from standard Blitzlibs.
Another major improvement is that the AmigaOS-NDK’s C header files have been converted to AB3, and a number of service functions have been added to enable the creation of ReAction programmes. This is currently still a work in progress and is subject to change, as not all gadget classes are supported at this stage.
