Amiga Inc.: Legal Settlement Not Reached with Genesi
In an official statement on the website of Amiga Inc. CEO Bill McEwen has taken a position on the recent speculation about a port of AmigaDE to the Pegasos and the legal battle between Genesi and Amiga Inc.

According to McEwen the legal proceedings between Amiga Inc. and Genesi S.à.r.l. have not been ended, in contrast to other claims. According to his current stance, the proceedings go forward and Amiga Inc. has not lost the case. A port of AmigaDE for the Pegasos is not planned. The information spread by Genesi is supposedly false and misleading. According to the end user licence, Amiga OS may only be used on machines certified by Amiga Inc. Read the English language statement of Bill McEwen under the title link. (nba) (Translation: dm)
