`02.Apr.2005` Andreas Küssner (ANF)	MorphOS: native versions of MPEG de-/encoders for Wildfire7 "wf_mpeg2decode" and "wf_mpeg2encode" are the MorphOS versions of the free MPEG video loaders and savers that are part of the Wildfire7 distribution. The two files have to be copied into the directory "system/tools/" in the Wildfire7 main directory. The already existing files have to be replaced with the new ones - the author recommends to create a backup of the old versions first in case problems with the new version should arise. It cannot be guaranteed that the programs run on all systems, the modules have been tested on a Pegasos 1 G3@600mhz. Saving of a test animation as MPEG file with the 68k mpegsaver needs 1 minute and 42 seconds (with JIT) while the PPC native version takes 16 seconds.
