Interest in a small batch of cheap scan doublers?
amiga.org reader Joe "IOWASURFER" Leto is getting a scan doubler developed for Amiga computers that should cost considerably less than 100 USD. The external adapter (photo of the prototype on an A1000) will support a color depth of 16 bits and should be compatible with all Amiga models.

At present, it is still unclear whether the device will go under (low volume) production, Leto asks for feedback to obtain an impression of the actual demand. (cg) (Translation: cad)

German installation guide for AmigaOS 4.0 classic
Philippe Bourdin has written a German translation of the installation guide for AmigaOS 4.0 classic. It is available in a PDF and a pure text version.

The text may be quoted in part as long as the title link is indicated as the source, since possibly, errors are still present or some touching-up will still be done on the text.

The translation could be accomplished with the friendly support of Hyperion Entertainment VOF, but its use takes place without any guarantee or support, and there is no guarantee of completeness or correctness either. You can find the respective current version under the title link.
