The package is available in two versions: A distribution which is based on the emulator VMware and which is started from Windows as well as "VmwAROS LIVE!" which is a bootable live-CD. Because of the high amount of changes it is not recommended using VmwUpdate. Better install VmwAROS completely new making a backup before.
