Future Sports: 'Killerball' for free download

Event: Amiga 35 in Amsterdam (27. and 28. June)
Five years ago on the occassion of the 30th anniversary of the Amiga the Amiga: 30 Years in Amsterdam (Netherlands). For some time there are more and more indicators that in 2020 another event will take place. On amiga35.com now a precise date is given: on 27. and 28. June it will take place. New Amiga forums: 'Amiga Retro Brisbane' and 'Amiga Raytracing Society'
During the last days two new Amiga forums have gone online: Amiga Retro Brisbane is "an (Australian) based community of Commodore Amiga users, gamers and lovers of all things retro technology." The Amiga Raytracing Society is "the home of Amiga Raytracing enthusiasts". (cg) (Translation: dr)

Game Construction Kit: RedPill 0.7.8
RedPill is a Game Construction Kit written in AmiBlitz2, which can help developing games of diverse genres - published videos show versions of Pacman and Mirror. RedPill is compatible to AGA and ECS, the "player" requires 1 MB Chip as well as some Fast RAM.

Changes of version 0.7.8:
  • All new games will be created in the projects folder. When starting the editor the main things you can do are creating a new project or loading an old one.
  • Examples folder has been removed.
  • Fast loading options have been added to access quickly your last loaded games.
  • Mulipalette example has been added, it shows how to use two different 16 colors tilesets and 16 color sprites in a 32 color game.
  • Side X behaviour has been refactored, behaviour could be slightly different.
  • Anim Comp condition trigger has been implemented, it can replace Anim is and Anim is not triggers.
  • Anims with loop now allow a Next Anim to be filled, when the looping anim is stopped it will play the specified next animation.
  • Level being edited can now be changed in the Edit Level screen.
  • If foreground and background colors chosen in the dialogs are the same the text color chosen will change.
  • An issue when going back from Tiles screen has been fixed.
  • Issue with Text Dialogs rendering has been fixed.

Obligement: Update of Amiga Games List
Since April 1991 David Brunet has been maintaining the "Amiga Games List". The latest update provides releases of 2019 and now has listed 13.027 games, level editors, data disks, extensions and interpreters:
  • 12 448 games
  • 330 extensions and data disks
  • 146 game and level editors
  • 103 interpreters
