Hyperion and Cloanto allegedly close to finalizing settlement In one of the two remaining lawsuits between - amongst others - Hyperion and Cloanto, all involved parties submitted a joint request last Friday, asking to extend a deadline set by the Judge for one week, since (quote) "Business representatives of Hyperion, Cloanto, and C-A Acquisitions, Inc. have been engaged in several days of intensive face-to-face settlement discussions in Europe geared toward a global resolution of all claims [...]. Hyperion, Cloanto, and C-A Acquisitions, Inc. are finalizing changes to a negotiated term sheet, which they anticipate will soon be executed." The motion was signed by the judge the same day, so the parties involved now have until next Friday to finish the settlement negotiations they started last fall or ask for another extension. Text/graphic dventure: The Curse of Rabenstein The interactive graphic horror adventure game "The Curse of Rabenstein" was written by the same author as Hibernated. Originally it was created with the HTML-based adventure kit Adventuron and now ported to several retro platforms.
"Rabenstein" uses a two-word-parser and it is recommended creating own maps but you cannot come into a hopeless situation or die. A digital download still is not available, but a collector's edition is available on poly.play with the following content:
