Arcade classic: Super Wormy - The Worm-Like Snake Unlike many other games, the levels in "Super Wormy" (video) are bigger than the screen. Therefore the screen is scrolled and the player is informed about his position by a little radar. A level editor also is included. Super Wormy requires 2 Megabyte RAM (2 MB Chip-RAM are recommended) as well as at least a 68020 processor. By copying the content of the disk game can be also started from harddrive. WarpOS port of Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast (update) Raven Software's Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast is a 3D action game released in 2002. Its source code was released in 2013. The WarpOS port requires the level files of the commercial release. The developer warns against several bugs which still have not been fixed. Update: (22.07.20, 21:30, cg) In the German comment area a reader has pointed out that the game is not suitable for the original accelerator boards produced by Phase 5 due to the hardware requirements - it might be meant for G3/G4 based PCI cards in a Mediator-PCI busboard which are integrated by the sonnet.library into the system. Self-made project: Connecting USB keyboards, mice and joysticks with USB2Amiga USB2Amiga uses an Arduino Pro Mini and an USB Host Shield as well as a Level-Shifter (3,3V to 5V) in order to provide an adapter for connecting USB devices to any Amigas. Main target platform is the CDTV: Mice and keyboards are working yet, joysticks still have not been tested. For any additional device (mouse, joystick, keyboard ) another USB2Amiga adapter is required. Implementing a Hub is not planned for this would complicate the code of Arduino. Step by step all Amiga models will be supported, only connecting external keyboards to an A600 or A1200 will not be possible due to the different keyboard protocols of these computers. USB2Amiga will be released under the GPL, the Git archive of the archive will be mirrored also on Github. (cg) (Translation: dr) [News message: 21. Audio player: AmigaAMP 3.28 released Thomas Wenzel wrote: After extensive testing, the new version of AmigaAMP now is ready for an official release. Mainly bugs have been fixed. In the 68k version now Bebbos GCC 6.5 is used which now again produces correct Non-FPU-Code. Therefore AmigaAMP again works on an unexpanded 68020. The support for the sndfile.library was implemented again, so classic sound files (AIFF, WAV, 8SVX) can be played. As usual first of all the new version is available on the homepage of AmigaAMP, later also on Aminet. (snx) (Translation: dr) [News message: 20.
