`17.Mar.2012` AROS-Exec (Webseite)	AROS: Audio Evolution 4 for free After it was announced that Audio Evolution 4 would be released as Freeware, first the version for AmigaOS 4 and now for AROS have been published. The latest AROS-distribution Icaros Desktop 1.4 already includes it. The MorphOS-version is supposed to follow later. Davy Wentzler sells Audio Evolution 5 for Windows and Mac OS X as well as a version for Android. This also can load AE4-projects but you have to edit the paths. Following the recent release of the RadeonHD graphics driver for AmigaOS 4.1 Update 5, which made it's official debut on the AmigaONE X1000 "First Contact" system, we are pleased to reveal that we have now concluded a further agreement with Hans de Ruiter for the continued development of his RadeonHD drivers for the AmigaOS. In a statement de Ruiter commented, "I am currently working to get the driver fully ready for 3D, and to release quality. Thanks to the support of Trevor Dickinson (A-EON Technology), I will be able to devote more time to RadeonHD driver development over the next few months, and achieve this goal much sooner than would otherwise have been the case. The latter will receive AmigaOS 4.2 for free once available, while work on Update 5 for other platforms starts now. The price of the system, if three additional GB of RAM and twice the size of the harddisk compared to the default configuration are chosen, is 1915 pound sterling excluding VAT and shipping. AmigaOS 4.1 Update 5 CD for the AmigaONE X1000 "First Contact" system has gone GOLD! Wellington, 25th January 2012.
