This VAT is going to apply to all eBay fees and provions, including listing fees, fees for additional options, provisions and fees for further services that are paid by eBay sellers who reside or conduct business in an EU country. The US start up company Cornice has developed with their "Cornice Storage Element" an extraordinary tiny and cheap hard disk for mobile consumer electronics like MP3 players.
