GFX-BASE: Relaunch
In recent times the GFX-BASE team has been working on a relaunch. With the new design completed now, better functionality will follow, e.g. a comment system allowing settings and graphical smileys.

Our vote ('Do you use a WB replacement or not?') also expiered. Learn about the interesting result from our vote section. But we also aim to suprise with more changes on occation of our (future) 1 year anniversary. Among other things a forum will be established, and a PuzzleBOBs test is to follow, soon. infoSync: Amiga gets into Linux PDAs
Under the title "Amiga gets into Linux PDAs" and the highlighted heading "When Sharp's Linux-based Zaurus PDA hits the U.S. and Europe, software developed by old-timer Amiga will provide that old black magic." some positive news about AmigaDE on the Zaurus of Sharp was published on the infoSync website.

The announcement briefly describes the value of Amiga during the 80s and 90s and the capabilities of AmigaDE and Zaurus. However, no distinction was made between AmigaDE and Zaurus. (sd) (Translation: sr)

»32 civil-rights organisations from 17 countries have in a common letter dated from the beginning of February demanded the release of the draft of an additional protocol for the cyber crime convention that shall forbid the spreading of "racist and xenophobic" terms of expression in the net. Similar to the first drafts of the cyber crime convention was this one kept secret until now. Now has the European council released the draft.«

VD: English translation of the video "On the spot: Amiga 2001" finished
In the meantime has the English version of the video about the "Amiga 2001" by Virtual Dimension been finished. All presenters, interviews and comments had been dubbed (of course not Ben Hermans who can be heard in original) and the questioning of the exhibition visitors had been subtitled.
