MorphOS: Updates von OS4Emu und ShowGirls
OS4Emu
Ilkka Lehtoranta hat Version 1.6 des Wrappers OS4Emu (Kompatibilitätsliste) veröffentlicht. Hierbei handelt es sich in erster Linie um ein Bugfix-Release ohne größere neue Funktionen.

ShowGirls
Der Bildanzeiger ShowGirls von Michal Wozniak liegt nun in der Version 0.7 vor (Screenshots).
Wesentliche neue Funktionen:
- added Opus Magellan-like looking up of files on the list
- added context menu to each file/directory. Now it's possible to copy, move, rename, delete file. Also JPEG transformations are there for easier/faster usage
- Posibility to insert alpha channel to images (Process/insert alpha)
- Added Altivec® support to Median (Min/Max/Med), Sharpen and Levels filters. Resulted in >2x speedup (only 30 % for Levels filter because it's very simple). More to come
- Middle mouse button is used for zooming
- Improved zooming. Smoother
- Automatic file extension setup/replacing when saving file (see Settings)
- Possibility to display only color or only alpha data (See image context menu)
- Improved JPEG saver config window. Now can display preview of saved image and resulting file size
- IFF/ILBM saver
- Color picker
- Improved resampling window. Possible to get border color from color picker
- New function: Blender. Allows to blend image with background color according to image's alpha
- New function: Insert text. Uses TTEngine.library by Grzegorz Kraszewski
- Cache cleanup implemented. Removes thumbnails for files that don't exist anymore
- Possibility to copy filename (with or without path) to clipboard from context menu
- Change between window and fullscreen with doubleclick on picture area (see Settings)
- Gaussian blur
- Added path history to CopyTo/MoveTo context menu
- Added history for path string context menu
- No longer needs BetterString MCC
- Zoom factor indicator in details group
