`01.Jul.2008` Moo Bunny (Forum)	Amiga Inc. vs. Hyperion: Konferenztermin zur Festlegung des weiteren Verlaufs Im Zuge der gerichtlichen Auseinandersetzung zwischen Amiga Inc. und Hyperion (amiga-news.de berichtete) hat das Gericht nach einer monatelangen Phase der wechselseitigen Argumentation nun mit dem 30. Juli einen Termin für den sogenannten "Joint Status Report & Discovery Plan" festgesetzt. Hierfür findet ein direktes Gespräch des Gerichtes mit den streitenden Parteien statt - entweder von Angesicht zu Angesicht oder im Rahmen einer Telefonkonferenz. Für den zum Monatsende abzugebenden Bericht müssen sich beide Seiten u.a. bezüglich des Termins und der gewünschten Methode für eine alternative Beilegung der Rechtsstreitigkeiten (alternative dispute resolution, ADR) festlegen - oder aber anderenfalls begründen, weshalb sie solch eine ihnen vom Gericht im Interesse aller Beteiligten nahegelegte Lösungsmöglichkeit ablehnen. Weitere in diesem Bericht zu treffende Angaben beinhalten auch den Termin, ab wann der Fall vor Gericht verhandelt werden kann und ob hierfür Geschworene gewünscht werden oder nicht.
