Alltogether there have been 24 such promises since Gateway purchased the Amiga technology and patents, but Gateway allowed the hardware to fall 4 generations behind current existing systems. Then they fired the manager in charge of the Amiga project (Jim Collas) Now the rights and technology lies with a new company named Amiga. Why should things now be any different? Why should anyone believe that this antiquated platform has a chance in today`s marketplace, regardless of how ingenious it is adapted? Who is behin this new company?
