Password manager: Ling 1.3

Ling is a data base for saving several passwords. All passwords are encoded with the BlowFish CBC algorithm before storing them to the data base. (screenshot). The latest changes:

Windows were left locked after an export operation
Arggggggg found a very bad bad in passwords saving. All 1.1 archives are not compatible anymore
Changed RNG function: now it is a KISS one with a sha1-ed randomly generated seed
Some minor changes

Please note that old data files which were created with an ancient version of Ling are not compatible to Ling 1.3. Please export all your data prior to updating to a CSV file and import these files then by hand to Ling 1.3.
