LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - Jul 8, 2013) - Writers' Group Film Corp. (OTCQB: WRIT) a Los Angeles-based content distribution company, announced that it has signed a binding definitive term sheet for the acquisition of Amiga Games Inc.
