Elbox: IDE Trade-Up Program
Elbox Computer are offering a "Trade-Up" program for IDE controllers to their EU customers. The program requires a credit card and provides a 30 Euro mail-in rebate for their FastATA controllers in case the customer trades-in his old 4-way IDE interface or Zorro II IDE adapter.

The offer is valid for the purchase of a FastATA 4000 MK-III, FastATA 1200 MK-III or FastATA ZIV. According to Elbox, their FastATA controllers - unlike the aforementioned solutions - do also support PIO-3, PIO-4 and PIO-5 modes. (snx)

ZDF-Bericht: Investigator of Film industrie financed pirate copies
The in order of the Film and softwareindustrie working "Gesellschaft zur Verfolgung von Urheberrechtsverletzungen (GVU) (Companie to protect copyrights)" has in according to reports the pirate copy scene supported.
