Minesweeper clone: MegaSaperPL 1.28
Rafal Zabdyr has released version 1.28 of his Minesweeper clone 'MegaSaperPL' on Aminet as well as on itch.io.
The game requires at least AmigaOS 3.0, AGA/CGX/P96 (320x240 in 8 bit) and the reqtools.library (V38+). Both mouse buttons can be used: left for uncover field, right to mark. The implementation offers additional bombs to explode mines as well detectors to uncover the field without losing life. The changes in version 1.28:
- Localisation (English/Polish)
- Restructuring of the game's directory structure
- rewrite and restructuring of most of the game code and settings
- Many bug fixes and many improvements

Shadow puppet conversion: 'Bad Apple'
The group 'ELECTRIC BLACK SHEEP', known for the in-development fantasy shooter Project Quest among others, has released an update to their 'Bad Apple' AMOS conversion. 'Bad Apple!!' is originally a nearly one and a half minute music track by Japanese game developer ZUN, which gained notoriety through the remix version (video) by Japanese musicians Masayoshi Minoshima and Nomico, as it was backed by a shadow puppet video. In the now released version of 'ELECTRIC BLACK SHEEP' music by J.M.D was added. On YouTube you can watch the result. (dr)

Event: Retrocomputer-Treff Niedersachsen (Germany)
The next Retro-Computer-Treff Niedersachsen (RCT#26) will take place on Saturday, 02.04.2022, from 10 to 7 o'clock at Haus Kassel (next to the Wandelhalle), Hauptstraße 4, in 31542 Bad Nenndorf.
The Retro-Treff is a workshop for all friends of old computers. Welcome are Amiga, Atari, C64, Apple, NeoGeo, Schneider CPC, Sinclair, Acorn and other old systems. The meeting is organised by Hannöverscher Classic-Computing-Stammtisch. For the time being, tables (120×70 cm) for 16 participants are available for the computers, with this number a sufficient distance between the participants can be realised.
Which Covid-19 conditions will apply to the meeting is not yet finally known. The next opening step is planned for 20.03.2022, then there will probably be no more restrictions. (dr) (Translation: snx)

FPGA accelerator board: "Multiport Modul" for Icedrake
Matthias 'DJBase' Münch has designed a Multiport Modul for the FPGA-based A1200 turbo card Icedrake - successor of the well-known Vampire series - which relocates HDMI and network ports as well as the microSD slot to the rear expansion slot of the A1200 and thus makes them more easily accessible. The module has a modular design, and a USB port can be added via a small add-on board, for example. The ports required by the user are connected to the original ports on the accelerator board via short cables.
If you want to rebuild the hardware, you can order the boards from Münch's customer accounts at OSHPark or PCBWay. The boards were published under a Creative Commons license. (cg)

AROS: Shell command for AxRuntime
Krzysztof 'deadwood' Śmiechowicz' "AxRuntime" is a runtime environment for Linux which emulates the AmigaOS-API and therefore enables porting Amiga applications on Linux and developing applications which can be compiled for AmigaOS/MorphOS/AROS as well as Linux. Examples videos show the AROS desktop Wanderer (MP4) and gmPlayer (MP4) under Linux (amiga-news.de reported).
In a post on aros exec, the developer now reports on the latest progress: "I'm sharing with you results of my latest developments! So far it was possible to build an Amiga application as a Linux executable with AxRuntime. I already recompiled MPLayer and WookieChat so time ago and I'm actively using AROS MPlayer under Linux Mint as my media application. What was so far not possible however is to run an executable from within AxRuntime program itself. Think Shell - it is a command line program that allows you to run other programs, write scripts that run other programs, pipe output of one program to another and so on. Now, with the latest developments I've made a step towards enabling this where a program that is compiled to work with AxRuntime can be started from Linux but at the same time can be started from AROS Shell.
We are not yet fully there, more work is needed but it is functional enough to provide first preview builds. Since this is work in progress build, there is no new AxRuntime release yet. The AROS-Shell archive (direct download) packages together AROS-Shell with runtime so that it is fully independent and can be started without installing additional dependencies.
I'm open to feedback and I'm always available to help out if you want to try to compile your Amiga application to run natively on Linux using AxRuntime." (dr)

Apple patents 'Computer in an Input Device'
Apple had already applied for a patent for a "computer in an input device" in mid-2020, which was now published a few days ago. The basic idea is reminiscent of the concepts of e.g. the Atari ST, C64 and Amiga.
The patent application describes the computer in bullet-point summary as follows:
- computing device includes an input component positioned at the external surface
- a processing unit and a memory can be disposed within the internal volume
- computing device has a singular input/output port which can be configured to receive both data and power. The singular input/
output port can be configured to output data from the processing unit.
- the singular input/output port can include a USB-C port, a Thunderbolt 3 port, or a Lightning port
- the computing device can include a track pad coupled to the enclosure
- the computing device can be foldable about an axis
As justification, the company states that unlike in the past, where large and/or bulky computer components traditionally required correspondingly large housings, the demand for portable computing devices has driven the miniaturization of once bulky components. Consequently, further adaptation of case designs, shapes and configurations is desirable. (dr)

Floppy disk images on PC and Mac: Greaseweazle Tools 0.39 / Firmware 1.1
Keir Fraser's "Greaseweazle" does - similar to Kryoflux - read the magnetic information on a floppy disk independently from the format used and saves as much information as possible to generate a so-called "Flux Level Image" in Supercard format (SCP), which enables reading and back-writing of copy-protected disks (amiga-news.de reported).
The adapter gets connected between a floppy disk drive - e.g. a standard 3.5" PC one - and a USB port of the PC or Mac. Since our last message, numerous changes have been made to the Greaseweazle tools. Starting with version 0.34, the firmware is also provided separately. A new version 1.1 was released a few days ago. The Greaseweazle is available from various retailers. (dr)

RTG driver: P96 V3.2.4 released
Jens Schönfeld (individual Computers) schreibt:
"The new version addresses all issues that have been reported in our support forum - and a few more. As usual, the update is free for everyone who purchased a copy of P96 in the past 12 months. Just log in and re-download the file from your order history. Changes in release 3.2.4:
- Displaying native modes like DblPAL or productivity was broken in V3.2.3 - fixed.
- The S3Virge blitter has trouble with blits of a certain size that are avoided by this new version.
- Removed the manual MMU hack. Any MMU table modifications require now the availability of the mmu.library.
- The previous release broke the VBlank interrupt of graphics and might have loaded the VerticalTotal hardware register with nonsensical values.
- The S3Virge blitter has a bug and "freaks out" if one attempts to perform blits of particular widths. The Virge driver now adds a workaround by avoiding problematic bitmap widths.
- The S3Virge blitter can process at most 4064 bytes per row. Before, the limit was set to 4095 bytes, causing wrong blits on some large screens.
- BltMaskBitMapRastPort() did not work correctly if the target screen did not have the full depth, i.e. if a chunky mode was opened with a depth smaller than 8. This was another old bug left over from the 2.x release series.
- BltMaskBitMapRastPort() did not use the right modulo for the mask if the source bitmap was interleaved and planar and the destination bitmap was chunky or direct color. The mask was used correctly for interleaved or non-interleaved planar to planar blits.
- Users of the oMNiBus card beware! The card driver may use the TsengET4000W32 chip driver, even with earlier releases of the Tseng chip that do not include a blitter. In such cases, attempting to blit will fail or hang the system. To prevent usage of the (then non-present) blitter, set the tooltype NOBLITTER=Yes in the monitor icon of the oMNiBus monitor. Note that this is not a new restriction.
- Quite a number of improvements have been performed on the Merlin and TsengET4000w32 drivers as listed below, however please note that the Merlin card has a couple of serious hardware issues that cannot be worked around completely in software and that this card may hang or crash the system, despite our best attempts to avoid such problems. Even the Merlin board/GAL updates will not completely eliminate all of these issues. You should replace the Merlin card with a more robust design. We therefore recommend to NOT make Merlin support your buying decision for the P96 software package:
- Fixed a MuForce hit in the Merlin card driver.
- Due to bad routing, the clock generator of the Merlin card cannot feed clock rates higher than 80Mhz into the chip, even if this clock is later on divided down in the Tseng chip. Thus, the default setting of the card now disables all settings of the clock generator that generates pixel clocks beyond this limit. If you really want to try higher clock frequencies (on your own risk), set the tool type OVERCLOCK=YES in the monitor icon.
- Due to hardware design issues, the TsengET4000w32 chip may see false data on write requests to its registers, causing hangs or blitting defects on its screen. The new Tseng driver is now extra careful to verify that the correct data has been written for some particularly critical registers, though not for all registers. A particularly critical phase are mode changes, which should be avoided if possible.
- Due to hardware issues, previous Tseng chip drivers may have hung the system while waiting for the completion of a blitter operation. The new driver attempts to work around this problem as much as possible.
- The Merlin and Tseng drivers now disable the display while modifying some of the chip registers. This helps to minimize hardware hangs of the chip, but does not eliminate them completely. Again, this is a hardware design issue, not a driver issue.
- The Merlin card driver no longer indicates to use a more aggressive MMU table mapping; instead, the most conservative setting is now default. Do not attempt to "fix" this mapping as the Tseng chip can map its blitter registers into the VGA memory area, and those hardware registers may not tolerate write reordering as imposed by more aggressive MMU table settings.
- The Merlin card driver did not indicate the maximum mode width for all modes correctly. Due to limited size of its hardware registers, Hi-color modes cannot be wider than 1024 pixels, true-color modes cannot be wider than 684 pixels and true-alpha modes cannot be wider than 512 pixels.
- To limit stability issues, the hardware interrupt of the Merlin card can now be turned off by adding the "INTERRUPT=No" tool type into the Merlin monitor icon.
- The Merlin card no longer provides its own functions to copy planar data from chip memory to VGA card memory as the default version of the rtg.library provides this function already by exactly the same algorithm.
- Due to hardware limitations, the Sprite generated by the Merlin card (actually, the RAM DAC on the card) is limited to 32x32 pixels for high-res sprites, and 16x16 pixels for "big" sprites (i.e. BIGSPRITE=Yes in the monitor driver). Thus, tall pointer images may be clipped at the bottom. There is nothing the driver can do against this limitation.
- The TsengET4000w32 chip offers a memory overlay feature which is now accessible through the P96 "Pip" (Picture-in-Picture) interface. However, as the Tseng chip does not have an intergrated RAM DAC, this memory window is rather limited. The RBGMode (pixel mode, pixel organization) within the memory window MUST be identical to the RGB Mode of the screen, and it cannot be planar. That is, you can only have "chunky" memory windows on "chunky" screens, "hi-color" overlays on "hi-color" screens and "true-color" overlays on "true-color" screens. The memory window neither supports opacity, thus the memory window only appears if it is topmost on the screen and not overlapped or clipped. Otherwise, the driver turns the memory window off. There is a PIP demo program on Aminet including sources. Note that this demo program attempts to create a "hi-color" overlay, which - according to the above restrictions - only operates on a hi-color screen.
- If you see strange defects when rendering text or icons with the Merlin card, try adding SYSTEM2SCREENBLITS=No to the tool types of the Merlin monitor icon. This prevents blitter usage in those cases where the host CPU delivers data manually without a source buffer on the card. Since data transfers to the Merlin card are particularly flakey, this may prevent already some issues.
- If you still see screen corruptions on rendering, you may have to disable the Merlin blitter altogether. For that, add the tooltype NOBLITTER=Yes to the Merlin monitor icon."

Amiga disks on PC: DrawBridge 2.8.7 / FloppyBridge 1.1
Robert Smith's project "DrawBridge" (Disk Reader and Writer Bridge) uses like the similar ADF Drive a microcontroller - in this case an Arduino board - to read and write Amiga floppies with a connected standard PC floppy drive. By means of the plugin FloppyBridge, WinUAE is also officially supported since version 4.9.0.
DrawBridge has been updated to version 2.8.7 and uses a new algorithm for reading the hard disk, which ensures better compatibility with games under WinUAE. FloppyBridge version 1.1 also improves compatibility due to changes in PLL and "Rotation Extractor" handling. Robert Smith encourages retesting games that have not previously booted. Prior installation of DrawBridge firmware 1.9.24 is required. (dr)

Arcade port: 'Scramble 500' released
A few days ago we already reported about Jean-François Fabre's new project: the port of the shoot'em-up classic Scramble (video). Now the developer has released his game (adf file) on itch.io. Since, as he explained to us, he was able to fix the last bugs, it is basically ready. If users still find bugs, he asks to report them.
According to his GitHub page, the game was written entirely in 68k assembler and already runs on Amigas with Kickstart 1.3 and 1MB of memory. Features:
- original visual & sounds
- faithful enemy behaviour & speed & increasing difficulty
- 50 frames per second (PAL) even on a 68000 A500
- all levels
- joystick controlled (port 1) or keyboard controls (arrows + ctrl + alt)
- can run directly from shell or from whdload (fast machines/complex configurations)

Kickstarter campaign: Bluetooth remake of Amiga mouse
The Polish designer Lukas Remis has started a Kickstarter campaign for a wireless remaking of the Commodore Maus 1352. His 'Tank Mouse' is outwardly based on the original, but incorporates modern technology: the Tank Mouse is a wireless optical mouse that has been given a touch panel between the two buttons for scrolling. It works with Bluetooth or 2.4 GHz and can also be used with the Amiga computer. A small USB receiver is to be included in the package for this purpose. A prototype has already been built in cooperation with a renowned electronics manufacturer, extensively tested and is now ready for mass production. The specifications:
- Colour: Black or white
- Sensor type: Optical
- Connectivity: Wireless, 2.4 GHz & Bluetooth 5.0
- Resolution: 1600 DPI
- Buttons: 2
- Scrolling: Touch scrolling area
- Power: 2 x AAA batteries
- Size: 108 x 67 x 31 mm
- Compatibility: Amiga OS, Windows, MacOS, Linux
One of the main goals of the project was to be able to run the Tank Mouse together with an Amiga. This requires a USB to DB9 adapter such as the RYS MKII (supports scrolling) or Lotharek's mouse adapter to connect the wireless receiver (included with the mouse) to the Amiga.
The project goal has been set at 78,000 Euros, of which around 21,000 Euros have already been funded. Should 150% of the sum be reached, a native wireless DB9 receiver will be developed, manufactured and added to each Tank Mouse.
The minimum donation amount is 31 euros. If the funding is successful, the mouse would be produced and delivered by November 2022 (plus 8 Euro shipping). (dr)

Aracade game: 'Green Beret' update
Green Beret is a conversion of Konami's arcade classic of the same name to the Amiga, written using the Scorpion Engine (amiga-news.de reported).
The recent update provides the following changes:
- Added the missing songs (Stage clear cut scene, and Game Over).
- consistent sound design as even player losing a life uses the music module (and its instruments)
- all music are now multi-song modules, meaning there will be no more in-game loading pauses to load the boss music, it's only changing music position which is instantaneous.
- there is some time for player to prepare before a new boss appears, it is not so sudden anymore.
- fixed enemies spawning out of thin air, specially on start of level 2. Score didn't reset if you beat the game and loop it. Some other fixes and improvements.

Preview video 26: Souverän Soccer
Daniel 'Daytona675x' Müßener (Wings Remastered, MiniGL4GL4ES, Tower 57) is working on a soccer game with 3D view called "Souverän Soccer" (amiga-news.de reported). According to the developer, "the game still runs on a standard A1200 without turbo card and without Fast RAM in PAL lowres with 50 frames per second."
In his 26. preview video he shows the following changes:
- The city skyline has been removed to make room for more crowd. The tons of previous optimizations made that possible. This has the additional benefit that I don't have to come up with 20+ different skylines for the release.
- The crowd now consists out of multiple layers, each of them zoomed, scrolled and animated seperately. For now there are three such crowd layers. Maybe I'll add even more (they are rather cheap in terms of performance and it's coded to be easily adjustable), but I think three is a pretty good amount.
- The crowd's zooming is now muuuuch (maybe I need more even more "u"s here) smoother than before. Was a bit tricky but eventually I managed to come up with a solution that doesn't eat up all Chip-RAM ;)
- The crowd is more colorful. Well, could be even more colorful but because it's a placeholder gfx I didn't put too much effort into it. Just a proof of concept.
- The formerly blank grey crowd stand is now an adboard. The ad is generated procedurally, the text can be changed at match start.
- The top goal is now lapping over into the grass and isn't cut-off anymore at the raster-line where the grass begins. This might look like not being a big deal but was really tough. The main reason is that once the copper is inside the grass area it's ultra-busy, all available instructions per line are already used up. But with the top-goal being inside the grass now I had to somehow get some extra sprite-color and -priority changes being done there, things that were done outside the grass before, because the top-goal sprites are being reused for the bottom-goal... Eventually I found a hacky way to get away almost for free without extra copper instructions by doing the color changes before for a different color bank and switch to the right bank at the right point en passant, phew.
- All lines and circles are more white now and distance fading is smoother here too. Also, the grass texels shine through those lines now, making it all appear much more natural.
- The crowd / skyline change also implied trashing and redoing the whole stats / message area at the top. All that stuff is now done using hardware-sprites. Was a bit messy because I have to reset and modify those sprites in mid of the crowd-copper-handling now (any other approach would have been even messier). Sprite usage is somewhat tricky here because, well, I don't have too many (5) and I need one for the high-flying ball, so there are 4 sprites remaining. Combined sprites to get 16 colors aren't an option, because I need at least 3 sprites inside the same vertical area (# of goals, time and messages); no, there's not enough room to move the messages down, because the goal is too close if zoomed in. So I ended up using two sprites for the team names + # of goals: one pretty slim one for the team-colors, the other for all the text and numbers. Then one sprite for the match time info. And then two for the messages, one of which is the reused slim team color sprite. The color gradient has been removed (would complicate the copper handling here a lot because we're inside the crowd handling, and the visual gain is questionable anyway), drop shadows have been added.
- Some more love has been put into the replay function. When switching between replay and normal play a quick curtain effect now better indicates this mode change. The crowd's animation is now slowed down too if in slow-motion replay mode.

AmigaOS 4: FTP server 'ZitaFTP' 1.31
Hans de Ruiter has released version 1.31 of his commercial FTP server 'ZitaFTP'. He wrote:
"I'm pleased to announce that the first ZitaFTP Server update for 2022 is finally here! As usual, there are bug fixes and improvements. The big new feature is that you can now use proper signed SSL/TLS certificates, which is very useful when making ZitaFTP Server accessible over the internet.
If you're looking for free SSL certificates, I recommend ZeroSSL (affiliate link). Unlike LetsEncrypt, ZeroSSL allows you to create free certificates manually, so you don't need an ACME client in order to create certificates (which ZitaFTP doesn't have built in yet). So, you can generate a free certificate, and enable auto-renewal later, when ZitaFTP gains that ability. I plan to support both LetsEncrypt and ZeroSSL.
I was going to release a video showing how to set up ZitaFTP to be accessible over the internet instead of just your local network. However, I ran out of time, so that'll have to wait until later. I didn't want to delay this release any further.
The process of getting ZitaFTP online is pretty easy, at least on the ZitaFTP side. Configuring port-forwarding on your router may take a bit more work. Either way, you can download this update now."
A single license of 'ZitaFTP Server' costs around 47 euros. The program can be tested free of charge for 30 days. (dr)

Arcade conversions: Amidar500 and MsPacman 500, Preview video of Scramble 500
After his Pacman port released in September, Jean-François Fabre seems to have taken a liking to the conversion of old Aracde games: In the meantime, with Amidar500 (video) and MsPacman 500 (video) further Amiga versions of Pacman clones from the early eighties have been released.
Fabre's games are all available for free at itch.io, but it is possible to make a small donation to the developer before downloading. The Frenchman's current project is a port of the shoot'em-up classic Scramble, a preview video shows the current state of work.
Update: (24.02.22, 15:00, cg)
In the meantime, a new preview video of Scramble has been released. (cg) (Translation: dr)

Thomas Harte's Clock Signal is an emulator for various 8- and 16-bit platforms aiming to be invisible to the user. Text adventure: Updates for Hibernated 1 (Director's Cut)
In mid-June 2021 we reported about the remake of the text adventure Hibernated 1 (Director's Cut), which was released for numerous platforms. In the meantime, several updates have been released, which also affect the Amiga version: Release 8 mainly corrected spelling errors, while Release 9 helped to improve the overall performance of the Amiga version, since it uses a new "Z-Machine Version 5"-enabled interpreter. The presumably last update 12, released three weeks ago, "fixes an issue with the PunyInform library that caused a few of the interpreters to throw warnings when playing, particuarly the Amiga and Atari ST version of the game." Fundraiser: Preserving Commodore documents
Two days ago Dave McMurtrie of the Commodore International Historical Society and Brian Bagnall, known for his books about Commodore's company history, started a fundraising campaign to finance the retrieval of Commodore documents from a basement archive in Toronto. Brian Bagnall writes about this:
"These documents were gathered in 1965 and contain information about Commodore’s co-founders, including three days of interviews with Manfred Kapp and five days with Jack Tramiel. There are corporate logs (called minute books) and financial documents that can uncover some strange paths the company took, such as a foray into the hotel business in the Bahamas, and the unique story behind Commodore Jamaica. And much more.
In 2020, both Dave McMurtrie of the Commodore International Historical Society and Brian Bagnall, author of Commodore: A Company on the Edge, independently requested documents from the archives. However, the archives were shut down due to the crisis and only reopened in late 2021. Now we have been able to jointly request scans of the documents, but it comes with a steep price. The examination interviews with Tramiel and Kapp amount to 570 pages. At over a dollar per page that the archivist charges, this adds up fast. We want to unearth more than just the examination interviews, we want the thousands of other pages of business records, financial documents, sworn testimony, and evidence.
What it comes down to is we need your help! The best way to preserve these documents before they are lost to time is to back them up digitally and disperse them across the Internet. We will upload the documents to the Internet Archive so they have a permanent and reliable repository for future generations to explore."
Accordingly, one page costs around one US dollar. The initiators had issued the goal of 2000 Canadian dollars, which was already exceeded yesterday with over 3000 donated dollars. Accordingly, Brian Bagnall wrote:
"Thanks to everyone for helping us reach our goal in a matter of hours! It was much more than Dave or myself expected. Today we submitted an order for the first batch of 570 pages of interviews and should see the scans within two weeks if all goes well. The next request is a list of documents drawn up by Dave that includes notes from Commodore Jamaica director's meetings, corporate minute books, and some other evidence from Commodore Drycopy in New York. What we find will help guide us to other documents we might want to request after that. With 314 boxes, I don't think the well of documents will run dry anytime soon." (dr)

RaSCSI: SCSI adapter for Raspberry Pi
In 2015, we reported about SCSI2SD, a SCSI adapter that allows SD cards to be used as SCSI hard drives. The firmware is still being maintained and the adapter is also still available, but it costs just under 90 Euros converted. As Gotek-Retro reports, there is also a solution for Raspberry Pi users: RaSCSI is a virtual SCSI device emulator that can emulate multiple SCSI devices at once. Likewise, there is a control interface to attach/detach drives on the fly, as well as insert and eject removable media. It works with a variety of Amiga models. The adapter is available for about 50 Euro for example at SamplerSpa or AmigaKit. (dr)

Amiga disks on PC: DrawBridge 2.8.6
Robert Smith's project "DrawBridge" (Disk Reader and Writer Bridge) uses like the similar ADF Drive a microcontroller - in this case an Arduino board - to read and write Amiga floppies with a connected standard PC floppy drive. By means of the plugin FloppyBridge, WinUAE is also officially supported since version 4.9.0. The changes of the current version:
- Better extraction of disk revolutions and a few bugs fixed
- Accurate flux extraction available but experimental so you can choose to use it or not (can't handle some long-track disks)
- Modification of older flux reading method for more better compatability
- New firmware *1.9.23* includes basic PLL support for UAE to provide better support for games using Weak/Flaky bits
- Improved IPF & SCP writing by changing some of the parameters
- Console application now has an icon and version information
- Tidied up some of the assembly language in the Arduino Sketch

ACube Systems: Sam460LE boards announced / Pre-order campaign
Press release: After many months, we are so happy to announce we are very close to a production start for a new batch of Sam460 boards.
Well, these will not be Sam460 but Sam460LE, i.e. Limited Edition.
Due to the pandemic time and huge delays in delivering hardware components, we had to spend a lot more time than planned to find all components for a production run. Finally, we reached a point where we need your help to start this production.
We are now taking pre-orders for these Sam460LE boards. You can find a pre-order product right now in our online shop.
All Sam460LE bundles are made of:
- Sam460LE board running up to 1.1 Ghz
- Micro-ATX form factor with enough space for double slot graphic cards ;-)
- MicroSD Slot at the rear of the board, so it can operated from the back.
- 1 backplate
- AmigaOS 4.1 FE
- final price is 735 Euros VAT excluded (european countries should add 22% VAT).
Pre-orders will be processed as follows:
- you can pay now 240 Euros (VAT excluded, see above), for a Sam460 package
- we'll announce on all social media when the production starts
- we'll also announce when the production has been completed
- you will be asked one by one, to complete your payment (basically, the total cost minus what you paid as the pre-order)
- first payment, first served. We'll ship in the same order we receive the remaining payments.
- in case you decide to ask for a refund, we'll send your money back without condition.
Note: people that will purchase outside the scope of this pre-order offer will have to pay a final price of 785 Euros for the same product.
We are happy to work with you on this effort to bring more Sam460 boards on the market and we hope you will join us in this project! (dr)

Commercial RPG: Glamorous Zombie Flakes (OCS/AGA/RTG)
The developers of 'Glamorous Zombie Flakes' describe it as an "oldschool, console-style RPG", where the player must guide a group of models to cure zombies of their bizarre affliction and chase UFOs. The title features more than 30 different zombie types, more than 100 items and a turn-based strategy "intervention" system.
On AGA or RTG machines, the game supports 256 colors. There's a special build for OCS based Amigas that uses the EHB mode featuring 64 colors. 'Glamorous Zombie Flakes' requires a 68040 CPU, 3.5 MB RAM as well as AHI and can be bought from itch.io for 14 USD (or any higher amount).
A few days ago, additional "experimental" Amiga builds that run faster on AGA machines and support CD32 joypads have been released. (cg)
