 PerfectPaint v1.3 released
Draws, animates and manipulates pictures from 1-24 bit.

What's new:
  • Improve 24bits version with animation, big work on brush (mapping density, smooth border), more effects, more arexx commands, all menus are available.
  • Improve 8bits version.
