On July 9, 2001, in the Ontario's Thornhill court, PXL computers Inc. filed a lawsuit against Duplium Corp.. clickBOOM's long term partner had failed to produce replacement CDs for the Nightlong video game over the past 9 month, therefore clickBOOM had no other option but to go to court.
