3Dlabs, known as producer of
powerful 3D-gfxboards, was taken over by
Creative. More details you will find in the press release of 3Dlabs. Creative plans to produce its own gfxchips. Due to this transaction Creative will be a direct competitor with NVIDIA (Quadro4-Series).
