Kim Schmitz: Trial before local court in Munich on Monday
Kim Schmitz is accused of having achieved
illegal market profits in 11 counts by means of so-called insider information,
and having netted 1.2 million Euros with shares of Dutch Internet company
Letsbuyit.com. Furthermore, Schmitz is accused of investment fraud. The trial
will take place before the local court in Munich on Monday.
