thttpd 2.21b2 and Webalizer 2.01-10 for AmigaOS

The port contains PHP 4.2.3. but no support for MySQL. Therefore I took the sources of the uploader (thanks to LouiSe, homepage: http://louise.amiga.hu) and added the MySQL support in PHP.
thttpd is a very fast and efficient Web server, which reaches distinguished speed values also on a relatively slow 68k-Amiga.
Furthermore I compiled the newest version (2.01-10) of the log-file analyzer Webalizer (homepage: www.webalizer.com) for Amiga OS. Both programs need the ixemul LIBRARY.
