WarpView 0.9

The latest version of the Warp3D based picure viewer Warpview contains the following changes:

Implemented wipes (Fades, Flips...) with configurable wipe speed
Implemented slideshow with configurable slide time
Added 'First' and 'Last' options in Control menu
Added Scale Mode setting (Normal or Bilinear scaling)
Added mousewheel support (for zooming in/out)
Added requesters when end/start of list is reached while browsing which also allow looping over the beginning/end of the list
