Commodore International is bankrupt
Commodore is bankrupt again: The Dutch Yeahronimo Media Ventures that owns the brand was declared bankrupt this week. According to a spokesman it will appeal the court order.
Commodore claims its daily operations are not affected by the legal battle. Its branding company has no personnel. The Commodore gaming PCs are sold by Commodore Gaming which is a Joint Venture between Commodore International and The Content Factory.
