Lawsuit: Amiga loses against Inception Group
Back in June Inception Group Real Estate, the former landlord of Amiga Washington (that renamed itself back to Amino a while ago), sued the current incarnation of Amiga. For unknown reasons, said incarnation had committed itself in November 2008 to paying parts of Amino's debts to the landlord.

Four weeks after Inceptions initial motion, the legal clerk declared (PDF) that Amiga Inc. had not replied yet - something they still didn't do, as far as we can tell - and that they are "in default". In the meantime, the actual judgement (PDF) is available aswell: Inception Group is entitled to get the owed money (about 150,000 USD) aswell as an interest of about 7000 Dollar.

Only Inception's request to have Amiga ordered to pay their attorneys’ fees has not been granted yet: The plaintiff is directed to file appropriate documentation first. (cg) (Translation: cg)
