Zeus68k: 4-in-1 accelerator board for Amiga 500/2000/CDTV
Zeus68k is a accelerator board for the Amiga 500 and 2000 as well as the CDTV which is development and performs several functions: Accelerator, memory extension, IDE-controler and Kickstart switcher as well as - maybe - an action-replay-replacement. It might be also used in different 68k-computers, e.g. the Atari ST.

Technical data:
  • 68SEC000-CPU with 7 or 50 MHz
  • 8 MB RAM
  • BootMenü (configurable)
  • 6x-Kickstart-ROM-Switcher
  • IDE-controler (Gayle Logic A600)
  • Clock-Port
Currently the board is only available as prototype. The final version might be released in winter. First pictures show the board from above, from below, the processor-, IDE- and RAM-speed as well as the prototype from above and from below.

Zeus68k is plugged in instead of the original processor. The boot menu and the FPGA-code can be changed by the user. The price has not yet been set. (snx) (Translation: dr)
