Settlement discussions between Cloanto and Hyperion aborted
As amiga-news.de has been told by several sources, the settlement discussions between Cloanto and Hyperion regarding a settlement agreement have been aborted without tangible results last week. As far as we know, the next step to avoid a lengthy and costly trial would be mediation involving a neutral mediator - but we don't know if both parties are actually working towards that option right now.
