Update of the project Crashsite website
The website www.projektcrashsite.de (title link) about the new role game of the same denominator has been updated. An initial test picture of the 16Bit Iso 3d engine, new music in MP3 format and the questions and answers so far are part of the new content.

Since the game's graphic artist Daniel Hartlehnert is searching for a new employer there are some examples for his work in the "Die Macher" section.

In the support section the programmers are asking for decision guidance regarding what should take priority - development for 68k od PPC. (ps) (Translation: mj)

Digital Almanac III - Amithlon
Thanks to Harald Frank it was possible to present DA III running on "Amithlon" on the event which took place last Friday in Mutterstadt, Germany. There was greate positive responsiveness to that presentation. Calculation speed did not rank behind comparable PC programs. So, the only planetarium program left for the Amiga also runs under Amithlon without problems. (ps) (Translation: mj)

OSNews: Interview with Carl Sassenrath about REBOL (Update)
You will find a complete interview with Carl Sassenrath about REBOL under the title link. It especially has an eye on the possibilities that REBOL/IOS will give X-Internet ('executable' Internet), and the chances of REBOL in the market against .NET and other systems.

The interview was held by Eugenia Loli-Queru.

REBOL is a platform overlapping sytem from Carl Sassenrath (Amiga-Exec), that was released first in November 1997. The REBOL language lets you use the Internet easily including coding of CGI-scripts and the easy design of GUIs. (ps) (Translation: gf)

Amiga Exotica (ANF)

Amiga Exotica Update
This section provides complete unmodified rips with full credits for all Amiga game sound tracks regardless of format. Unlike other collections available elsewhere on the internet, UnExoticA's archive hasn't been defaced with rip credits, which often replace comments left by the original composer.

Huge thanks to all the people who have worked hard to make this section. Full credits for the area can be read on its Main Page. At the time of writing the area contains 3440 files packed into 615 archives. That's 269 different composers! Uncompressed there is currently 212 Megabytes of music! (ps) (Translation: sk)

AmigaPage News - New pictures and fair movies
After a long time some new stuff, again. In the 'Amiga-Geschichte' (Amiga history) section some pictures have been added. Also the 'Messe-Werbung' (fair advertising) and 'Amiga-Werbung' (Amiga advertising) sections have been updated.

A few weeks ago Marcus Neervoort has put the 45 minutes Fleecy Moss log from the WoA2000 in Cologne in MP3 format at the download area. Have fun and so long until the next update. (ps) (Translation: mj)

New pictures of the Pegasos mainboard with MorphOS v0.8
Under the title link you can see the latest pictures of the Pegasos mainboard taken at bplan's on last Thursday. Short after this the machine traveled to Italy to the Pianete 2001. Michael Garlich, Titan Computer, picked it up in person last Friday.

Already now various Amiga applications and PCI hardware like graphic boards, network cards, TV cards, etc. are working full featured.

Until WOA 2001 about 10 developer systems of second generation - the PEGASOS2 design - will be available. This heralds the final lap to make the first fully working 'successor' of the latest Amiga generation definite reality. The new multiprocessing sysem and MultiOS machine will be available in different configurations and variations for endusers in 1Q02.

Soon we will make new announcements about this (ps) (Translation: mj)
