Windows: Kickstarter-Project for Bone and Sprite Integration System
BASIS, the Bone and Sprite Integration System, is a Windows application for creating sprites for 2D-animations.
Under the title link now a Kickstarter-project was established to accelerate the development of the software. Why it is interesting for Amiga-users? Although the program only is available for Windows and most likely it will be only ported to Linux and Mac OS X, there is a Hollywood-plugin. That means that all created sprites can be also used for Amiga games.

MorphOS: TeX Live 2012
TeX Live is the most extensive TeX-distribution available for MorphOS and now was ported by Oliver Urbann. It can be downloaded under the title link as Torrent-file.
Some parts of the typesetting system are still missing, e.g. some Unicode-tools, Xetex and Luatex, but the most important parts already work like PDFLatex, Bibtex and all TeX/LaTeX-packages.
