BitJam Podcast #138: With Amiga scene music
The latest BitJam Podcast #138 is called "2:18" because only music tracks which exactly lasts 2 minutes and 18 seconds are played.
Most of the used tracks are well-known from the early times of the Amiga demo szene. "Brass Connection" by Bit-Arts as well as music of Heatbeat, Drax, Lizardking, Chromag, Uncle Tom, Muffler are included.

Adventure-Interpreter: ScummVM RTG 68060 1.3.1
Version 1.3.1 of the adventure-interpreter ScummVM for 68060-Amigas with graphic boards is available now.
A fast 68060-processor (80 MHz are recommended), some Fast-RAM, good data transfer rate of the harddrive, AHI and a 16-Bit soundboard supported by AHI (but Paula is sufficient) are required.

Mac OS X: Amiga-Compiler vbcc 0.9b and DICE 3.15 (English)
In his blog Christian 'lallafa' Vogelgsang described how you can use the cross compiler vbcc written by Volker Barthelmann and Frank Wille under Mac OS X to be able compiling Amiga programms.
On June he did the same with Matt Dillon's C-compiler DICE.

Windows 95 with PC-Task on a 68060@90
With the help of the PC-emulator PC-Task, André 'Ratte' Pfeiffer has installed Windows 95 on his Amiga 4000 which is equipped with a 68060-processor with 90 MHz. According to Pfeiffer Windows 95 on this hardware combination feels "like on a 486/33".

amiga-news.de: eMail newsletter available again
As an additional service amiga-news.de offers German or English eMail newsletter which collects the news of the last seven days. Still about 400 subscribers are using this service.
Due to the move of the server during the last two months there have been some problems with our mailserver which caused a delayed delivery of the newsticker. Meanwhile all problems were fixed and all users should get the newsticker on time.
