BarsnPipes New 1.28

Please note: Because of insuperable problems with the camd.library in the Classic version for AmigaOS 2.x I had to cease the development of this version. Therefore there will be only the 8 and 32-colour versions of BarsnPipes New for AmigaOS 3.x.

AROS: New Efika-CD solves boot problems

Clipo 0.1 beta: Clipboard exchange over TCP/IP
Clipo is a program which makes it possible to exchange the content of the Clipboard over a TCP/IP-connection with the hot key (Alt+s) between the following systems:
- AmigaOS 3.x
- AmigaOS 4.x (still not perfect)
- MorphOS
- AROS/i386
- Windows (tested under XP)
- WinUAE, Amithlon, UAE, etc. with the AmigaOS-3.x-file
