Event: MAG Bash in Coventry (England) / Hyperion participation
On 1. November 2008 in Earlsdon which is a suburb of Coventry an event of the Midland Amiga Group (MAG) will take place. Current Amiga hardware like Deneb, Indivision, Mediator TX and the Minimig will be presented as well as Amiga Forever 2008, AmigaOS 4.1 on the AmigaOne and MorphOS 2.1 on the Efika.

The most prominent participant will be Hyperion's managing partner Evert Carton. Because AmigaKit will also take part it it could be possible that you can buy Sam440-boards with AmigaOS 4.1. Please register if you want to take part. (snx) (Translation: dr)

Amiga Image Storage System 4.4
Martin Merz has published version 4.4 of his "Amiga Image Storage System" (AISS). AISS is a system for managing toolbar graphics under AmigaOS, AmigaOS 4, AROS and MorphOS.

Highlights:
  • Over 500 new and reworked pictures
  • Optimized installation scripts of OldFart
  • Reworked documentation

MorphOS: OpenTTD 0.6.3 Release Candidate 1
OpenTTD is an open source clone of the well-known PC strategy game "Transport Tycoon Deluxe" with many extensions - e.g. with network support, individual graphic sets and over 24 languages. There is a detailed list of changes in the Changelog.
